Money and Pinoy families doesn’t mix.
We have always been a ”money hungry” society.
Corruption had and will always be rampant within our country and within our community. There is no denying that money is that root of all evil, yet no matter how religious and morally righteous a pinoy can be, it cannot overcome to the power of money. Money has the power to make us do the unthinkable. I have also noticed that a big part between conflicts and misconceptions between families and their loved ones, surrounds around “MONEY.” Lets face it, we can never get enough money. Money gives us power, respect and authority… not to mention a mansion and a Ferrari. We filipinos value our families, friends and relatives… But lets be honest, a lot of us filipinos value “MONEY” higher than any other factor. And that is just a fact of life.
